Welcome to AIROTECH Magazine. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and AIROTECH Inc. (“AIROTECH,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
AIROTECH Magazine is a controlled-release editorial publication covering AI infrastructure, automation, and intelligent systems. We publish a defined number of briefings per issue, gated behind a subscription paywall.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- One account per person. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Tiers
- Digital — $9.95/month or $99/year. Full digital access.
- Print + Digital — $18.99/month or $189/year. Includes the printed quarterly edition.
- Founders — $24.99/month or $249/year. Founders recognition and exclusive briefings.
Auto-renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hello@airotech-inc.com; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Pro-rated refunds are considered case-by-case within 14 days of charge.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All articles, design, code, and brand marks are © 2026 AIROTECH Inc. unless otherwise noted. You may quote up to 200 words with attribution and a link. Republication, redistribution, or training of AI models on our content is not permitted without written consent.
5. Acceptable Use
- No scraping, automated harvesting, or bypassing the paywall.
- No reselling or sharing subscriber-only content.
- No use that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Disclaimers
Editorial analysis is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, or investment advice. The Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIROTECH’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time; some records may be retained as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
10. Changes
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an on-site notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
